Came down to slip in a puddle of my son's wee on the kitchen floor. Fell on hand and hip. Think hip will be bruised but nothing major.
My hand is the hand I broke a few years ago same place. (base of thumb). There is some swelling and it feels stiff but no any major pain, though it's achy.
I'm guessing a fracture or anything would give a fair bit of pain. (can't remember with my last but I did go to A and E so I'm guessing it was hurting a fair bit)
Ok to leave it for now?
