Red, itchy, weepy rash on my finger - help please!

I have had a rash on my little finger for a while now. It is now really red and itchy, with red weepy sores. I have been putting e45 cream on & covering with a plaster but it is not going away. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I have no suggestions but I think maybe a trip to the pharmacy could help? They may be able to advise you.

Thank you both for replying. I think a trip to the chemist it is. Ugh, it's just so annoying! And yuck!

Possibly looks like pompholyx, a type of eczema. Definitely get it checked by a professional though.
