Have just referred back to last thread. - Vixen - I know what you mean about not smoking til 4pm ish and then hammering them. Is it possible at all to 'plan' for this time in the evening, and ensure in the short term that you are entirely occupied??

Was at the drs surgery this morning and saw the poster that asked ,

" So it's hard to give up? Think of how hard it will be to tell your daughter you have lung cancer".
