I thought that new years day would be a good day to do the Gillian McKeith 24 hr detox as I'm working from home today. Started taking the really foul potion yesterday at 5pm as instructed, with another at 7pm. By 9pm I had the most watery poo ever (sorry if TMI). It worried me enough to take imodium. Still not right this morning, so haven't had more detox stuff.
It says on the pack you'll get noticeable results quickly, but this is ridiculous! I can't think of anything else it could be as dh is fine and we've been eating the same things. Feel ok otherwise, though. Anyone else either tried the G McK stuff or had this prob with a detox?
