Am of out for lovely nit stuff in a mo but also wanted to get myself some vitamins or something as I feel so run down and look it too.

I have another cold, about the 3rd in 6 weeks, have dry skin and the sides of my mouth are really sore, oh and my glands are up again aswell.

My diet at the moment is shite and I am changing it but what vitamins should i get to start things off ??

I would have thought a good quality multivitamin would be the thing in combination with a good diet - sorry to hear you're feeling so run down hope things improve for you

Morrisons own brand of multi vitamins plus minerals came top of the Which report. or Centrum came high too. What about omega 3's in capsule or Good Oil for cooking - that will help with dry skin. Plus start carrying around water to drink during the day.

Ok thanks, multivitamin it is then. Does it have to be an exspensive one or will shops own brand do ??

or you can get 'skin, hair and nails' vitamins. I can't remember who made them - I used to buy them in boots.
