I've got a really sore throat...........

....and I can't swallow! Children had tonsilitis just before Xmas and I think I have got something similar! Feeling really crap - great start to the New Year, I had so much planned, gym, flying!!

Feeling a bit sorry for myself this morning and just need a bit of TLC

Poor thing!
Can you take a spoonful of honey, might soothe it.
Some people I know swear by gargling aspirin in warm water as well.

I feel great - and you know wheb you've been feeling ill and then you feel better and you feel like you can take on the world? - well I feel like that today!!! Sorry to have misssed your post yesterday MAcDog but thanks for asking! Oh by the way think DH might have it now
