Just wondering, because my Mum says she can have it either before a meal or a hour later. Will it really perform the same function either side of eating? And she's been told to take with water, whereas someone else I know has been told not to. Seems a bit hit and miss to me.

as long as it is within an hour of eating then they do have the correct effect. personally, they did nothing for me, found that i had to eat something particulary fatty (which we dont normally have) for them to work. Think they assume that because you are overweight that you must eat tons of fatty food.

She's lost a fair bit. But I agree that, yes, it basically sorted her diet out so she was eating right to avoid the effects! Now she's stuck on a plateau and isnt losing anymore, and she cant exercise due to other health problems.

maybe i should dig mine out of the back of the cupboard and give them another go.

Do you need to? I mean, if you didnt see the benefit last time, is there any point in using drugs needlessly? I'm not a big fan of anything medical really!
