Best way to rid hair of nits in young toddler.

Ideas please.

tons of conditioner and comb them out. nitty gritty combs are great but any metal one usually works. make sure they're all gone and repeat a few days later. good luck!

Wash towels, bed linen once combed out. Keep it clean.

there seems to be a nit infestation around at the moment. my 4 year old DD came home with a letter from school saying about an outbreak of head lice. she has been scratching her head like mad so have checked it several times but cannot for the life of me see anything (not that i know what to look for) so i went to the pharmacy and bought some stuff and treated her hair last night to be on the safe side. it was called lycocol or something similar.
