white spots on nipples

Could this be thrush? I have white spots on nipple (its been 2 1/2 years since last breastfeed so its not that) and an achey breast in a pre-period kind of way

Not sure - but my initial thought was thrush - see your gp and get your mind put at rest.

thanks for this. Mine doesnt look like photo TG! But did find something else on that site that it might be. Feel more reassured about going to GP now I have an idea about what it might be IYSWIM. Thanks again.
