Itchy, itchy, itchy nose arrrrh

I have itchy skin, ears, severe hayfever but pretty much symptoms like those from hayfever all year around. I have been to an allergy clinic years ago but it didn't identify anything very specific. I have a spray called Avamys for my nose which is ineffective, eye drops which work and can take antihistamines which I am not too keen on. Can anybody who has experience with these sorts of allergies offer any sort of advice. My nose is so, so itchy on the inside.

Dh takes nasacort nasal spray daily plus a daily antihistamine (loratidine).try a different spray maybe and try the antihistamines

Simple suggestion. Have you tried lining your nose with Vaseline morning and evening ( possibly after sprays) to protect from allergens and keep the membrane supple.
