Mmr - effects started 7 hrs later, measles-like rash 2hrs later. Anyone else had this?

NHS website suggests that fever etc will be weeks afterwards. Both 1 year old and 3 year old were crying and unwell in the evening (1 year old was screaming and screaming). Both miserable and ill today. 3 year old has a measles-like rash covering his front and back from neck to groin. It blanches when pushed and no high fever so not meningitis and must be from the vacc. But so soon?

Oops - rash 24 hours later. Bloody phone!

Did they both get the mmr?

Yes demented pixie - 1 year old only had mmr (she reacts badly to vaccs so we are splitting them). 3 year old had the usual preschool lot.
