The Pill- HELP

I have been on the pill for about 18 months before that I had the coil fitted and then removed , with my pill I took it straight through without a break because of endometroisis now I have had my endo treated and the doctor has said for me to start having a break in between packs of pills again and to start having periods well this is my first break and no period has arrived does anyone know if this is common . I just keep hoping it is because it takes a while for my body to udjust again I am just praying it isnt because I amm pregnant

Hello angmarie. I have been in a very similar position, tri-cycled the pill because of endo. My doctor seems happy for me to continue to do so as a deterent. Anyway, when I stop the pill for a break it takes about four days after my last pill before it starts. When did you take the last pill?

It could well be your body getting used to coming off the pill. Do you feel like you might come on? I guess if you want to put your mind at rest you could do a pregnanct test but try not to worry because its probably just a delay in getting back to normal.
