I'm not sure I really want to know the answer, in terms of the fact that I know twin block appliances can be very hard work for both the child and their parent! On the other hand, i would rather be prepared and get Dd prepared for when nthe time comes. She currently has a removable expander brace top and boots, the next stage will be a bionator.
