Testicles!

My 7 year old has complained of an ache in his testicle for the past week - nothing bad just now and again. Now there seems to be a lump on it. Does anyone know what this could be?

I would phone NHS direct. Also found this page .

Sorted - there is no lump - he was just unsure of how it should feel I think - it's a mild strain, thank god. Thanks for the advice - now my mind is at rest.
