I'm a active person ( well trying to get fitter ), go to the gym most days but recently introduced a workout DVD to my fitness routine (5 times a week), for the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing pain in my thigh which travels down my leg, it's a weird pain and at times it feels like someone is jabbing a hot needle into my thigh
, it seems to me much better when I am moving and I am still managing a hour at the gym each day plus my evening workout, when I go to sit down in the evenings or have a bath the pain gets quite bad and it keeps me awake during the night, when I wake up it has vanished again
. It doesn't seem bad enough to warrant a trip to my gp but it's getting a bit annoying in the evenings.
Anyone else experienced anything similar.?
