Remind me why I don't want a fag

I haven't smoked for years but am in the grip of a craving (God knows why!)

Please can someone list the reasons to remind me why I can't have just one>?

I didn't.

and I won't. It would mean I would have to quit all over again, and am no longer allowed to be smug, and my clothes would smell of smoke.
