twitching eyelids!

Anyone else ever get twitching eye-lids? Is it anything to worry about? I don't want to look it up on google as I usually convince myself I have cancer when I do that...

i get this and ulscers under my tongue when my body is trying to say 'CALM DOWN' usually a nice relaxing bath and a couple of early nights do the trick!! I do sympathise though, its so annoying i feel like an idiot when it sets of and i am trying to have an intelligent coversation with someone!!!
