What would you give a 6 month baby with stomach pain/wind?

He's obviously suffering. He barely slept last night, has only snatched 5 minutes here and there and I'd finally got him off 40 minutes ago but he's woken up screaming again. Isn't he too old for infacol etc? He's got terrible wind but no temperature. Would medised or calpol be any good. He's shattered.

When my dd had wind/colic I tried first a massage on the abdomen with the heel of the palm, with the baby facing down lying on my arm. If that did not work, I gave her Infacol, and put her to the breast, to help her relax. Infacol worked even when she was 5 month old. But it seems strange that your son has been upset for such a long time, I would consider seeing a doctor. Good luck! Hopefully your ds will be better very soon.

Gripe water, without a doubt.
