Fibroadenoma and treatments

GP thinks that's what I have. Waiting for screening.

My questions are:

How long is the waiting time for screening/ultrasound?

What the conveniences are?

What paperwork I need to offer to Doctor/surgery person?

Is there a risk to have something further like breast cancer?

Just not at peace with myself and have no one to ask in RL.

Don't want family to know, no need to add them worry and stress.
Family is not where I live, they are quite far away.

Appreciate any advice.

Fibroademonas are just harmless thickenings - they don't need treating or removing, and they don't put you at risk of anything else.

There isn't usually a long wait for the breast clinic - it may be under 2 weeks - and most places do everything at one visit.

No paperwork, you just go at your given time

Thanks for the reply.

I've read so much in the internet so don't know what to think of it...

Hopefully it's nothing serious.
