Hi, I wonder if anyone can offer a light at the end of the tunnel, or just let me know I am not the only one who feels this way.

I had my DD nearly 2 yrs ago (yes I know..2 yrs!!) and my stomach is still pretty yucky. I have lost pretty much all of my pregnancy weight and am down to my pre preg weight, although was a little overweight before, so could with losing another stone or so, although am worried to do so for the following reason. To get to my point, during the last 3 weeks of my pg I got loads of stretch marks and although they have faded, they now make my tummy look wrinkly, especially if I am holding my muscles in.

I know realistically I can do nothing to reduce the damage my stretch marks have caused, but am desperate to improve the appearance by tightening my stomach a bit...but am scared this won't work and I am doomed to be saggy and wrinkly for ever. I panic and think of those really overweight people who lost loads and had to have the excess skin removed. Please help me as I am happy with the rest of my body, but this is giving my self esteem a battering. HELP!

Standing up straight is supposed to strengthen the tummy abs, just do it all the time, keep very good posture.
