Had a bad headache last night, took 2 tablets and it went for a bit and then came back.

Got up this morning with banging headache, awful stomach cramps and feeling I could throw up for england.

Ended up having to ring xp to race here and take the girls to school. To be fair he has stayed and entertained ds all day too and is picking the girls up but I hate having to ask him for help and I have far too much to do.

Just hope the kids don't get it

Aww poor you and DD, I hate it when the kids are ill, well and me.

Stomach cramps seem to be going but my bloody head is still banging.

At least I can stay in the warm all day

I am feeling slightly better...i think, still feeling very yucky but still haven't actually thrown up yet.

Xp was very helpful, tidied up, made me tea and toast and got me tissue to blow my nose when I decided to cry cos I thought I was gonna be sick . I asked him where he had put the real him lol.

Hope everyone is better at your soon Foxtrot
