Bath water in ears?

hi, my 14week old loves getting her head wet in bath, but i'm worried that too much water is going in her ears... is it ok or do you have to bathe babies with their heads out?

my DS (27 weeks) lays flat in the bath - try not to totally submerge his ears tho' and always dry them thoroughly after - he doesn't seem to have any ill effects.
