Pink splotches on breast - any ideas?

I've had weird pink blotches on the side of my breast for two days now. They don't hurt, they're not hot, they aren't raised or shiny - they're just there. It looks like my toddler has coloured them on with his felt tips (he hasn't). Any suggestions? Don't want to waste GP time with this if it's nothing. Thank you!

It could be anything but I think i would pop to the GP. They won't think you are wasting their time at all.

eczema?

Hmm...I've never had eczema before. They really aren't lumpy, scaly or raised. I will make a GP appointment I guess but am unlikely to get in this week now.

fleas - your cat need doing?

!! I don't have a cat, and I don't think DH has fleas.

Seriously, no, these aren't bites. They are big amorphous blotches with wavy edges.
