ADVICE PLEASE..... re. chickenpox

DD2 (19mths ) has had chickenpox for 8 days. All the spots have crusted over except for those covered by her nappy.

Is this usual?
AND
Is she still contagious?
Please help, I NEED to go out

She is no longer contagious (I'm assuming she has no new spots appearing)- get out there!!
