My dear dad has has a squamous call carcinoma on his nose which has unfortunately spread to the cartilage of his nose. Having an op in 2 weeks which in light of MRI results looks pretty daunting. He will need cartilage from his ear removed in the reconstruction. Anyone know anyone with this procedure done.
