Constipation in 13month old

DS hasn't 'been' for more than three days now and is very distressed. Is there anything I can do or should I take him to the Dr?

My ds suffers quite bad with this. I give him fresh orange ever day another thing is raisens.

Doctor would probably give him lactoluse.

Ta merry, I'll try raisons. Orange made him strain badly and really uncomfortably so I limit them to half a one every other day atm. Just given him dilute oj in a beaker to sip.
