Help please antibiotic advice!

My dd (19mths) has been taking AB for a very very nasty ear infection since Thursday. This morning I forgot to give her it - such a rush etc. Bad mother. I'm at work, dd at nursery, medicine is at home. Can I give her two spoons this evening (if spaced, say an hour and a half apart?)She only has to have it twice a day.

She is actually fine now thanks (otherwise wouldn't be at nursery.....not THAT bad a mother!), But she still needs to finish the course - yes, I'll ring surgery thanks.
