yep not pleasant but bearable, better than the alternative. A lie back and count the ceiling tiles number for me.

Truth, the worst bit was the local anaesthetic jab.

But after that it was okay. I had a Valium about half an hour beforehand.

It's VERY quick and extremely effective.

yes the jab is stingy I remember that - no worse than dental injections tho. good luck, it'll be fine.
