my 3 yr old dd is constantly dribbling at the moment. Her jumper is soaked with it. shes always been a bg dribbler when she's teethed but it seems all her teeth have come through - not in any obious pain - but still she dribbles. Anyone else have any experience of this or any tips? Shes constantly wiping her chin as there's always a big drop on it! Probably sounds v trivial but a dribbling 3 yr old is not a pretty sight!!!!
