The friends and family test for feedback - is it really anonymous, or do the GPs know who is critiquing their practice?

It is anonymous and a very basic (and useless!) questionnaire...

I have the job of entering the answers to these on a website and I agree with Mincepies - it's totally anonymous (I collect the forms from the boxes once a week and I have no idea who put the questionnaires in the boxes), and it seems like a waste of time to me. But - we've been commanded asked to do it by the powers that be so we keep putting the questionnaires out.
