Missing Period - do I see the dr or wait it out?

My cycles are usually between 28-32 days long but today is cd43. I did a test on cd35 and another cd38 and both were negative. According to my Miriam Stoppard Family Health book I should wait 6 months before seeing the doctor but that seems rather a long time.

Should I do another test? Go to the doctor? I'm really not sure how long to wait.

I wouldnt worry about missing one... For a few years mine came and went. Maybe do another test... then see GP. It cant do any harm to put your mind at rest
