Hi there
Got these, on steroild supps and cream from the doctor but still get flare ups and it is agony - only medical option is surgery really now. Wondered if anyone out there sorted these out some other way - alternative remedies etc.. I am getting so desperate with them the pain is terrible and trying to hide it from the children is not easy.

my grandad had the surgery and it changed his life, he said the 3-4 days afterwards were grim but nothing compared to the agony he had suffered through the years.
This was 30 yrs ago he ahd the surgery so I imagine advances have been made.
You could try a homeopath as a last resort
I had the very badly after dd, but sorted it through diet alone
I am preg and have had them again, but sorted it through diet and suppositories.
But does not sound as bad as yours

more what I didn't eat than what I did eat
If I plonk a bowl of bran flakes, chooped fruit and yohurt in my tummy every day, I get along ok
Otherwise...
