BCG Vaccine- Baby Not Had It, Dad Got TB

Hiya...my partner has just had a call from his boss about a work related blood test (he's about to start work with NHS) and they informed him he has TB, it isn't bad or anything but that isn't the point. We have an 8 week old baby who is still waiting to have his BCG vaccine (his dad is Nigerian so he has to have it) but due to a back log of patients waiting for it he hasn't had it yet. My other son (17months old) had his when he was about 4 weeks old so he's fine.
I'm really worried that this might effect our new baby. What should I do? Any advice would be great. TIA x

I'd ring your GP ASAP.

I would imagine that with your baby being exposed to an immediate family member with a confirmed case of TB, the GP should be able to organise TB testing for your baby and / or fast-tracking his vaccination.
