Hmmmm...DS1 say his willy hurts...its'a ll red and feels slightly hot.....what on earth could it be??

He said it aches a little this morning but not to worry about a doc's appt.
I just asked him if it still hurts and he said it does.
It looks a little bit swollen too.

I've got an appt tomorrow for him now but thought I'd ask you all if your Ds's have had anything like this.

is it Fucidin?

Ds1 used to have the 'ballooning' thing which I only spotted when he was potty training, but he grew out of it - presumably as things grew and loosened up a bit. Maybe your ds will grow out of it too without needing circumcision.

We've had balanitis chez Greeny several times - gp gave us canestan for it and it cleared up in a couple of days

Just wanted to let you know you weren't alone. My ds2 had it last summer and I'd never heard of it but GP said it was quite common. Fucidin sorted it out.

Your ds1's foreskin sounds like my ds1's. His willy bit is quite small but the skin is long. He doesn't have wee probs though. He has just had an op on his testicles though and noone mentioned his willy so hopefully he'll grow into it.

As a fellow mum of 4 boys I am fast becoming a willy expert.
