4.5 year old girl sore

She's only just gone dry at night, sometimes gets up to pee during the night & not wetting the bed. Yesterday she said she was sore, and complained of it again today & when I looked she was quite red, no discharge, pee looks normal & she's not saying it hurts when she pees. Is there anything I can get her that's like Canesten or should I get her to the Docs?

Sudocrem first maybe to see if it helps

When she goes to toilet does she wipe herself?(guessing so as she must be at school at 4.5?) My dd is similar age to yours and I find she sometimes doesn't wipe properly and the urine makes her sore. I bath her every evening and sudo crem in the morning if she's sore then. I'd try that for a little while and take her to the gp if it doesn't improve.

Ok thank you, she does at home but ofcourse she's now at school 9-3 so I don't know what's going on there, I didn't think about not wiping at all, I'll check that.
