I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else with an ME-type condition might be helped.
For years I'd felt unable to do any exercise and everything felt so difficult including getting up from a chair (I'm a size 10 and always been very energetic, into athletics, half marathons etc etc). Blood tests never helped and it was very upsetting as I didn't know how to get better and I mostly tried to hide how hard it was.

Anyway after a very long time I saw someone who did finally find the answer and it turned out I have a very strong reaction every time I eat wheat, rice or corn and I can hardly function whenever this happens. It was such a breakthrough and I still have probably only 60% of my old energy but I can live a normal life again.

I may be a complete anomaly but as it never occurred to me I wanted to mention it in case I help anyone. I know so often there just are no answers but even if one person out there is like me it might help Flowers
