12 month old dd learing to walk, fell and banged her head while at cm today. cm did accident report. quite a bump i think but not swollen and no bruise - cold compress applied at time. BUT when she got home tonight dh gave her a cup of milk which she guzzled down - and promptly threw up. It's very unusual for her to be sick. never happened since she's been on solids. she brought all the milk up. she is otherwise cheerful and usual happy self. Should i be worried or taking her to a&e or just keeping an eye? it'll be bed and bath soon so not much time for monitering...

I think throwing up more than once you need to go to A & E - maybe phone NHS direct though? They will more than likey tell you to take her though.

yes, thought nhs direct would say 'take her to a&e' but i don't want to put her through that if it's not necessary... i'm in two minds. i think i will ring nhs direct. and prob better to take her than to worry about it. thanks!

anyone have any more thoughts? cm says dd normal and happy all day, napped, ate, played... the bump was this morning - wouldn't she have displayed symptoms earlier if the bump and the vomiting were related?
