A long shot - have any of you heard of jaw-winking

a (ahem) friend of mine has had it since a baby, and would like to get it fixed. Do any of you know anyone who has had it successfully treated?

Never heard of it but I would imagine it's a trigeninal nerve issue. I think a maxillo facial surgeon would be a good place to start. Is there a even a treatment?

It is very rare apparently, but googling isn't very helpful on the subject. Friend has lived with it for forty odd years, but would like to sorted now. Possibly too late...
