Can you phone your HV/Doctor/Pratice nurse?
They may be able to offer you some reassurance/advice.
I think you can also give baby Ibuprofen along with Calpol, check with your pharmacist.
Don't know if I've helped much, but didn't want to leave it unanswered

Thank you I have tried several times but they are engaged, I will keep trying tho. It has gone all quiet I want to go see if hes ok but if he has gone to sleep I dont want to wake him.

Probably has just gone for a snooze.
May be that there's a bug going round as well and he's just feeling crappy.

Hope things get better {{{hugs}}}

It could be just teething - if it's molars it can be really nasty. We used calpol and nurofen (given alternataly at 2 hourly intervals) to ease the pain. You ought to try and see your doctor, or maybe try NHS direct, just to be sure.

1 of the other kids who at the CM has a cold so maybe he is getting that.
