Damn Im in pain and I cant turn my head

I had a cranial osteopath & osteopath session this morning and Im in so much pain now. Ive got to leave with the baby and get in the car to pick up dd1, but it really really hurts to turn my head. Ive just taken paracetamol as thats all I can take Bf isnt it ??? I dont know what to do.

Ive been having hot baths , which she told me actually make it worse as Im all inflamed around the pelvis and sacral area.

Basically Im very badly locked up from the head to base of spine , shes also detected what may have been SPD during pregnancy , I actually went for a misaligned sacral iliac , which she detected , but it seems Ive been walking around with my pelvis completely wonky.

Im drinking loads of water as its given me one right headache.

I cant phone the practitioner as shes with clients till the evening, is this level of pain normal after ?

I stopped seeing one physio as I felt exactly as you describe after every session. She said it often feels worse before it gets better, but after 4 sessions I wasn't convinced. I found another one who did ultrasound and accupunture and within 24 hours I was almost pain free.

My dh was less than impressed about the expense, esp as Im waiting for Physiotherapy on NHS. I thought this might alleviate things as Ive been in pain for months now. Now Im in even more pain .

Ive had acupuncture and ultrasound on nhs before for something else and since that treatment its never come back.

Have you tried alternating hot and cold on it? That sometimes helps.

Im totally locked up , Ive managed to get through to the osteopath & shes seeing me again this evening. I was in tears at the nursury , some of the mums said I could have asked for help. I just felt I was taking libs , but I coud barely drive home. Lets hope this gets sorted this evening so i can sleep easier.

completely scared the living daylights put of myslef by lookingin the mirror, my lefu side is higher than my right, what on earth has happened to me aaaaaaaaaarggggghghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. cant really type that well , im in so mnuch pain , but I dont knmow waht to do with myself. Appt npt till 9.
