Bizarre sensation of heat and liquid seeping in side.

that's it really. Not the same as ovulation pain., or at any rate my normal ovulation sensations which have me doubled up in cramp from time to time but then that's it. Broadly the same area, a bit higher.

Suddenly my right side gets hot and it feels as though there is liquid seeping from one place to another. (No obvious bleeding. )It is there for a minute or so then goes away, to come back three hours later or so over the last 24 hours.

Have I just been lucky up till now? Is this normal ? Feels v strange..

I have ovarian cysts (diagnosed) and get this. Often wonder if it's bursting at that moment. No idea though.

I've wondered about that, because I have had the most agonising pains not related to my cycle. The sort where you only don't let out a howl of anguish because you are at work but you are incapacitated for 10 + minutes and clutching at anything. But when they looked they couldn't see anything. ( my view is that it had burst).

I had this sensation in my knee not long ago . It suddenly started when I was gardening . Think it was a trapped nerve . It lasted 3 or 4 days but then stopped .

Capewrath · 09/09/2015 23:14

Hmm. Seems to be spreading.

Oh well, no bleeding, strange but not painful, so will just put down to another unexplained mystery. Like when it felt as though there was a snake inside and it turned over.

I've had this in my thigh several times and my GP said it was a trapped nerve , felt like I'd spilt a hot drink down my leg .

Capewrath · 09/09/2015 23:31

Well, in that case my over large lower abdomen is well and truly trapped! Perhaps I could put it out of its misery humanely?

Sorry OP that does seem odd . FWIW Floral describes exactly how my knee felt . It was very odd .

CharleyDavidson · 10/09/2015 21:56

The wet feeling and heat def remind me of nerve symptoms.

I had the same thing in my shoulder/back/arm. My GP said it was neuralgia. It's happened twice but doesn't last long.

Thanks everyone. There seems to be a common theme there so I will stop fussing and just wonder.
