And does it make you feel really ill?
I am tired all the time, constantly on edge with frequent dizzy/faintness feelings. For short periods I am feeling very agitated and nervous, this goes but then I never seem relaxed. My sleeping is bad, my muscles ache and I feel physically weak a lot. All in all I feel very poorly but gp says just symptoms of stress and nothing to worry about but surely it is not normal to feel this bad. I also forgot sometimes I am short of breath and my fitness level is crap.
