Is it normal, post DC1, to only get my period every 45 days?

Had DC1 via ELCS. Bled a lot after, breastfed for a year. Periods finally came back and they are 45 days apart with a a bit of pink breakthrough bleeding (just on wiping) at day 20.

Is this normal? Or do I need to go to the doctor? They used to be every 32 days.

Such changes should always be reported to the GP. If GP is unsure I would request a referral to a gynae for further evaluation.
