Old episiotomy scar- possibly hurting- anyone?

I'm not sure what I've got so wondered if anyone else had this.
I do a lot of sitting with my work - desk job - and for a few weeks have had a soreness around my old scar. It's not actually sore to the touch but aches a bit walking and feels sore when I sit down in that area- sort of between the outer labia and my inner thigh. I have had a habit of sitting at the pc with my legs crossed- I know this is very bad posture and am stopping it- and wonder if this pressure is the cause.
I am now working standing up on a laptop.
I'm a bit worried that it can be the nerve entrapment that cyclists can get from sitting .
Anyone got any ideas? My kids are adults now so the scar is very old.
