I have hashimoto thyroiditis so I understand the first lot.
TSH 17.84
FREE T4 13.0

The ones I don't that are flagged are...
Haematocrit
! Mean corpuscular volume 78.5
! Mean corpusc 25.6

This lot of bloods were done due to swellings in my ankles.

Are vitamins shown in a fbc?

Thanks.

Yes, it does cover alot. ..

I just reported my post. Not sure if that is the thing and very unlike me Blush This stuff has made me very ferocious in trying to find help/support.

Did say I didn't expect to hear any time soon.

Well we'll see I guess!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Regarding ferritin; I've certainly had itching linked to it being low and I now suspect also to my muscles (myofascia?) healing. I find advice on the restless leg syndrome website helpful, though I don't imagine you'll find exercise helpful. Magnesium really helps, and getting the ferritin really high.

The more I think about it though I'm swayed by thyroid only board really, as the care is pretty shit, whereas other autoimmune diseases tend to be cared for under consultants etc ...?

Or 'thyroid and autoimmune diseases' board?

Clarella · 21/08/2015 13:14

I have too reported. I'm actually plumping for 'thyroid and autoimmune diseases'

lborgia · 21/08/2015 14:04

I suppose the fact that I'm dealing with both skews my view. . Really don't mind just useful to have all the info in one place-ish.

Clarella, I've been taking the Mg, really helps all round, but the itching is definitely dramatic episodes. Out of nowhere suddenly itching head to foot followed by chest Seizing up. More tests Monday so pinning way too much on that.

I'm off to bed, it's late here. Have a good weekend Smile

Oh wow I really hope they can clarify things for you :( good luck with the tests.
