Rash on 8 month old dd2?

Just noticed what looks like nettle stings on dd2's legs and around the top of her nappy, she seems ok but they look realy soar, is it just a reaction to somthing?

It could possibly be a heat-rash caused by nappy/winter clothes & central heating but it does sound more like an allergy rash.

Have you changed washing powder/softener? Is she wearing new trousers? Has she been rolling about with a dog - odd place to get a 'fur allergy' though.

My DCs get ezcema at this time of year and sometimes the rash is quite lumpy.

Good luck with it. I'm sure the GP will prescribe something if it doesn't fade on it's own or if it keeps recurring.
