Sorry tmi but how long does it take to come out the other end

Ate red peppers and tomatoe sauce last night. Today about 14 hours later it looks like blood on toilet paper. Is this too quick for the pepper and tomato?

No. I regularly have food for dinner at 8 or 9 pm and then it comes out the next morning. Normally if it's curry, fajitas or chilli!
