Does this sound like teething?

20 week old ds has been off his feed since last Thursday - struggling to get more than 4/5oz at a push into him at any time (he'll usually take 7-8oz at a time) - He's drooling clear dribble and from yesterday afternoon he's had quite a few yellow runny nappies. He usually averages 2 dirty nappies a day. I took him to the GP on Friday and he said he may have a cold/sore throat or something else which is making him off his feed but otherwise he looked fine (at that point the nappies weren't an issue - that's been more frequent from last night).
Not sure at what point I take further action but I suppose I need to just keep an eye on him?
I can't feel any teeth coming through but appreciate that you may get symptoms long before any real action!

Hi herbgarden, my Lo had symptoms of teething at 20 weeks and at 8 months she still doesn't have any visible teeth! Having said that she isn't really off her feeds just gumming maddly anything that comes into reach. If your liitle boy continues to feed poorly I would deffo take him back to GP.
