Why am I also cold? Fair enough I live in NI and it isnt exactly balmy but Im ruddy frozen

It feels as if Im cold from the inside out. I have a vest, a sweatshirt, a big woolly cardi and a scarf on and I've just put the heater on. And I'm still cold

Fever? Vitamin D deficiency? Lack of sleep?

Oh can vit d deficiency cause this? mI'm going to my gp next week and was going to ask for a blood test. I have Lupus so stay out of the sun.

I can't believe how warm I am since I had my Vit D defiency corrected. Also steroids can cause low Vit D so if you have been on prednisolone for your Lupus I would definitely ask for that blood test.
