All my children have them - I've tried most things but they keep coming1

Recently I read about a superdupertreatment that is available on prescription and is NHS approved. I cut out the article but of course now have no idea where I put it!

Has anyone heard of it or have better ideas?

Doesn't contain insectacides, but effectivly smothers the little things in Dimethicone and they suffocate?
